Since 2013, the NTA has collected training levy funds from industry and now they are able to give a significant amount back in the form of salary support (N$ 30,000.00 per trainee per level per year) and training fee support (N$ 23,600.00 per trainee per level per year) to employers who hire young apprentices to satisfy their HR pipeline resource needs,. The contribution totals to N$ 53,600 per trainee per level per year.
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
All that is required from the employer is to have designated mentors, an approved workplace and a relationship/quotation from a registered or accredited training provider of your choice.
Non levy payers are also eligible for incentive support.
