QUINTEN POTGIETER NEW CUSTOMER STRATEGY MANAGER AT FNB NAMIBIA

FNB Namibia’s marketing division welcomes Quinten Potgieter, new Customer Strategy Manager. Quinten holds an Honours degree in Hospitality and completed his MDP and SMDP from the University of Stellenbosch. “I am looking forward to supporting business to further entrench their customer-centric approaches and meticulously unpacking the current and changing needs of customers to ensure we delight them at every touch point with this global brand.”

Quinten started working part-time at the age of 16 as a waiter during the holidays and this had him commit 20 years to the hospitality industry. For the past 8 years, he has worked in the field of Marketing. He believes that every human being deserves to attain their utmost best.
