DStv WhatsApp uses the popular app to give DStv customers even more control over their accounts at their own convenience and complements the existing self-service platforms already available.

With many accustomed to the WhatsApp’s functionality, we aim to create a user-friendly space for consumers, through self-service, giving consumers the best available programming and being their constant companion during these challenging times,” said MultiChoice Namibia Managing Director, Roger Gertze.
DStv WhatsApp an incredibly easy platform to use: All you need is an active subscription, a data plan or a Wi-Fi connection and simply add our DStv WhatsApp number (+264 81 145 0101) as a contact on your mobile phone. Once the contact is saved, head over to WhatsApp and send a message saying “Hi” to start engaging.
Just as the world is adjusting to a new of living, MultiChoice Namibia is minimizing the time you spend in queues by ensuring customers are exposed to convenient and unique ways to manage their accounts on-the-go.
